Task Manager

In Google Chrome hit Shift + Esc. You can see what processes is using how much memory and CPU. If you have a tab that is acting up it is as simple as ending the process.

In the URL bar type about:memory. You will be able to see how Google chrome is doing compared to other browsers that you have running.

What is Active Directory?

Active Directory is an LDAP directory services by Microsoft for a windows network. Active Directory allows administrators to control policies, manage computers and users that are joined to the domain.

 

As an administrator, how do I reset a user's password?

 

You will need to connect to a Domain controller or install administration tools from Microsoft on your computer. You will need the correct authority to change another user's password or connect to a domain controller.

Google's New Browser E-mail

Google has just released it first ever browser. It is still in beta so it does not have the cool add-ons like stumble upon and mouse gestures like Firefox or IE. It is just a start to what looks to be a promising browser.

 

The first thing you will notice out of the box is it has a little different look and feel. It uses tab browsing like Firefox and IE7 but they are located above the URL bar instead of below.
